Here, we’d be discussing definitions of major terms in the document that you should be familiar with.

1. FIFA Clearing House (FCH): acts as an intermediary for the payment of training rewards in the football transfer system and conducts Compliance Assessments.

2. Allocation Statement: The document issued by the FIFA general secretariat to the FIFA Clearing House that provides it with the necessary information to process payments. It usually includes the parties receiving and making payments, as well as the amount to be distributed.

3. Compliance Assessment: A procedure performed by the FIFA Clearing House to ensure that parties making or receiving payments satisfy national and international financial regulatory requirements.

4. Distribution Statement: The document generated by the FIFA Clearing House that provides information about payments of training rewards to the relevant training clubs.

5. Electronic Player Passport (EPP): An electronic document that contains a player’s registration information throughout their career. It includes their member association, status(amateur/professional), type of football they participate in, type of registration(permanent/loan) and the category of clubs they have been registered with since their 12th birthday.

6. Non-Compliant Party: A client of the FIFA Clearing House that fails a First Compliance and/or Second Compliance Assessment.

7. FCH Terms & Conditions: Governs together with the FCH Regulations, the legal relationship between the FCH and parties making or receiving payments.
